We have three high quality en-suite rooms, recently refurbished to a very high standard with comfort in mind. One spacious bedroom has a 6ft bed or it can be a twin bedded room, with spacious ensuite bathroom, all our rooms have LCD flatscreen TV/DVD with digital freeview, beverage making trays hair driers and thoughtful extras to make your stay a little more special. |

Guests have use of a small lounge area in the dining room, where you can read a book, enjoy a pot of tea, or marvel at the view. We also serve breakfast and dinner in the dining room at separate tables.
All rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard and all rooms enjoy stunning sea, harbour and coastal views. Premier room 6ft super king sized bed or 3ft Twin beds and sofa, with a large en-suite bathroom with seperate bath and shower. Or, room with 5ft King size bed with en-suite shower. Our food is our speciality and we offer quality home cooked meals cooked in our own kitchen by Mark resident proprietor and chef, with over 20 years cooking experience. We use local produce as much as possible for our meals, all dinners are cooked fresh everyday for your enjoyment.
Although we are not licensed, you are welcome to bring your own wines and drinks, we will supply glasses for you, and chill any wine for you, we do not charge a corkage charge for this. Bay View House has private parking for all guests cars. |

HOW TO FIND US By car Travelling on the M5 motorway to Junction 25 Taunton, and then follow the A358 to Williton and then A39 to Minehead, Porlock, accross Exmoor to Lynmouth. As you enter Lynmouth you will cross a bridge over the Lyn River, do not take the left turning by Shelly's Hotel, but continue up the hill towards Lynton, Clooneavin Path is the second turning on the right after the Z bend coming up the hill, there are signs for Bay View House and perhaps we should say that the turning into Clooneavin path is very sharp if you are not used to it. Continue to almost the end of Clooneavin path where you will find Bay View House and our car park. By Train London Paddington to Taunton (Somerset) Approx. 1and 1/2 hours Connection by local bus or car to Lynmouth via Minehead approx. 1 hour By National Express Coach London Victoria to Taunton (Somerset) Change to Local service to Lynmouth via Minehead |
